Born in Chester County and raised in Hatfield, Kirstie graduated from North Penn High School and earned her cosmetology license in 2004, working in Pennsylvania and New York salons for ten years before pursuing a career in finance. At a local bank she earned her Law and Banking and Principles of Banking designations through the American Bankers Association and created and taught training programs across departments. She went on to obtain her mortgage license with two Philadelphia-area correspondent mortgage companies, where consistent, ethical standards and client education became her calling. As a single mother of two, she specializes in guiding families through life's biggest transitions — marriage, a new baby, divorce, loss, or retirement — with patience and care.

Dr. Archie served as Department Chair at the Community College of Philadelphia, where she spearheaded the creation of Real Estate and Insurance certificate programs — building a strong foundation in property transactions and risk management. A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2024 and a licensed real estate agent, she has prepared and reviewed business and personal tax returns, managed collateral performance and financial reporting, and supervised accounts receivable and payable functions. That blend of tax expertise, credit analysis, and operational leadership lets her evaluate borrowers' financial profiles holistically and explain the implications of every loan product. Her student-centered approach helps first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors alike navigate the mortgage process with clarity and confidence.

Coming from humble beginnings and as a mother herself, Chevion understands how significant the decision to purchase a home can be.
