The founder's story

Born in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Kirstie grew up in Hatfield and has lived in the greater Philadelphia area for most of her life.
After graduating from North Penn High School, she earned her cosmetology license in 2004 and spent a decade working in salons across Pennsylvania and New York — before putting down the scissors to pursue a career in the financial world.
Kirstie joined a local bank to learn the ropes, then earned her Law & Banking and Principles of Banking designations through the American Bankers Association. At the bank, she worked across multiple departments to build and teach the training programs that brought the company together — and led the staff in her offices to success with them.
After leaving the bank, Kirstie obtained her mortgage license and worked for two correspondent mortgage companies in the Philadelphia area. Business development — and, more importantly, breaking the mold with consistent ethical standards and practices — became her calling. Along the way she built lifelong friendships with the clients she's served, by educating and empowering them to make the best decisions for their financial futures.
As a single mother of two, navigating change and difficult times has been Kirstie's specialty for years — both personally and professionally. Whether it's a marriage, a new baby, a divorce, the loss of a loved one, or retirement, these moments need special attention and often require extra education.
